Two very portable antennas.

One for carrying up hills, the Sotabeams Band-hopper 3 which covers 20,30 and 40 meters.

Band Hoppers are a complete system including:

  • A resonant multi-band dipole antenna with Perspex link hardware
  • A 10m feeder - high quality RG174 terminated in a BNC plug
  • A high performance current balun
  • A guying system for a lightweight telescopic pole (6 - 8 metres length recommended)

Next we have the DX Commander SOTA Tactical Expedition Antenna  - Multi-Band Expedition System based on the Expedition / SOTA / Portable Travel pole and 3-wire elements to give you any number of bands you wish.


You can build any of the following examples or whatever you need:
  • 40m (and 15m)
  • 30m
  • 20m

Or maybe

Or perhaps
